Gymnastics

Tuesday 4:00 Gymnastics  (includes tumbling) Ages 4+5 - Beginner level where we will work on strength, shaping, forwards and backwards rolls, bridges, cartwheels and handstands on the floor as well as an introduction to bar and beam skills.

 

Tuesday 5:00 Gymnastics (includes tumbling) Ages 6-9- Beginner/Intermediate level where we will work on mastery of strength, shaping, forwards and backwards rolls, front and back limbering, bridges, kickovers, cartwheel, roundoffs and handstands on the floor as well as progressive bar and beam skills.

 

Tumbling

Tuesday 6:00 Intermediate Tumbling ages 10+ -Int/Advanced level where we will work on standing and running tumbling to include back-handsprings, tucks and aerial passes.  Athletes must have a back-handspring basics and be able to perform a back-handspring with a light spot, roundoff, roundoff back-handspring with a light spot to register for this class.

 

Tuesday 7:00 Advanced Tumbling ages 10+ - Advanced level we will work on standing and running tumbling to include forwards and backwards tucks, layouts and full twist passes. Athletes must have correct technique in back-handspring and be able to perform a back-tuck without a spot. 

 

Wednesday 6:00 Intermediate Tumbling ages 9 + -Intermediate level where we will work on standing and running tumbling to include back-handsprings, tucks and aerial passes. Athletes must have a back-handspring basics and be able to perform a back-handspring with a light spot, roundoff, roundoff back-handspring with a light spot to register for this class.
